A result looks wrong Tell us the tool, the inputs you entered and what you expected instead. That is enough for us to reproduce it. Request a tool Describe the calculation you do by hand today. If it helps more than a few colorists, it goes on the bench. Privacy or legal Data requests, takedowns and anything covered by the privacy policy or terms.
Write to support@easyhairedit.com. Plain email is fine; there is no ticket system to fight with.
What we cannot do
We cannot give individual color consultations or tell you what to put on a specific client's head. The tools show the standard rule and the reasoning; the decision, the strand test and the responsibility stay with the person holding the brush. If you are unsure, book a professional colorist.
Common questions, answered already
- The calculator shows nothing. The tools need JavaScript. If a browser extension blocks scripts, allow easyhairedit.com and reload.
- My inputs disappeared. Inputs are kept in your own browser storage. Clearing site data, private mode or a different device starts fresh.
- Can I embed a tool on my site? Not yet. Link to the page instead; we keep URLs stable.
